There were many fascinating and informative presentations at the recent UFO Congress, held in Laughlin, NV. While there were many good lectures here a few that caught my attention. Dr. Thomas Van Flandern, an astronomer, presented us with images (see MetaResearch.org) from the Mars Global Surveyor showing what appear to be plants, trees, underground glass tubes, and structures in the Cydonia region. These images are available for everyone to see on the NASA website (mars.jpl.nasa.gov), but according to Van Flandern, NASA has a schedule for releasing "controversial" information about Mars. Big public announcements about life on Mars have been slated for future missions though the images are publicly available now. Even the TV networks don't want to hear about life on Mars today and have, on occasion, prohibited their network reporters from talking about NASA press conferences.
Other presentations included Freddy Silva who talked about resonance, sacred sites, and crop circles. Bruce Moen told us how to use imagination to contact those who have departed to the other side. Tom Valone discussed the energy technology of UFOs. Jim Marrs presented evidence for a 9/11 cover-up. Michael Salla, who pioneered the idea of exopolitics, presented evidence for the connection of the Hitler and the Nazis to extraterrestrial technology and bases in the Antarctic. Wendell Stevens recounted the story of Bob Renaud who received radio contact from extraterrestrials and eventually had face to face interactions with them.
A.J. Gevaerd and Dr. Roger Leir gave a presentation on the Varginha incident, the most important UFO case in Brazil with over 80 witnesses. Especially memorable was Leir's recounting of his interview with the Brazilian doctor that operated on one of the ET's who later died. Paola Harris, after refreshing us on the work of the late Col. Philip Corso, introduced us to Charles Hall who worked at Dreamland on Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada. Hall proceeded us to tell us about his extraordinary encounters in the 1960's with the "Tall Whites," ETs who have a resupply base at Nellis. Jaime Maussan from Mexico showed film footage of what appear to be fleets of small UFOs over various parts of his country. He also showed pictures of small alien figures from around the world. Dr. Richard Boylan shared his knowledge of government black-budget projects and information revealed by the late Col. Steve Wilson. Dr. Nick Begich spoke of human mind-control by the military and other groups.
In addition, there were nightly screenings of new UFO documentaries released in 2004 including Phoenix Lights, Cereal Worm Holes, Aerosol Crimes, The Quantum Hologram and ESP, the Aztec Crash of 1948. This subject is always becoming more interesting so take some time and inform yourself about the extraterrestrial phenomenon.
