In her presentation, Linda has startling information about
the reasons behind the decision in the 1940’s to deny
the existence of UFO’s and Extraterrestrials, and to
cover-up evidence and silence eyewitnesses. Much of this
information came to her from Andrew Kissner, New Mexico State
Representative, who felt the people of this country should
know what was happening. Andrew Kissner worked in Las Cruces,
near White Sands Missile Range, and received information
from a high-ranking officer who worked at White Sands. Some
of this information he was given was about an Extraterrestrial
biological presence on our planet, and other information
concerned reasons for the U.S. government’s policy
of denial of an ET presence here on Earth in 1947---which
apparently have held to this day. (In Ms. Howe’s presentation,
official documents were presented in a slide format, enabling
the audience to view them as quoted. For additional information,
see the Linda Moulton Howe DVD, produced by the Friends of
the Aztec Library)

Radar and photos in 1947 showed advanced aerial devices easily

An advanced ET technological beam could lift animals and

At least one non-human agenda is to harvest genetic material

Non-human intelligence has and will retaliate if attacked.
President Truman was the first president to sign a classified
executive order to suppress information on ET’s and
UFO’s, as a result of the Roswell and Aztec crash retrievals,
as well as sightings and photos around V-2 rocket launches.
The Majestic 12 group, the National Security Act and the
formation of the CIA were all born in the late 1940’s
from the need to manage and research the Extraterrestrial
presence. It was feared the public could not handle the information,
since the radio broadcast of WAR OF THE WORLDS had caused
panic and hysteria among the American people. In May, 1947,
events resulted in crash and recovery of 2, 3, or 4 flying
disks that were fired upon by anti-aircraft artillery, in
Alamagordo, New Mexico, and Ft. Bliss, TX., either as a response
to or as a result of offensive overt acts initiated by flying
disks themselves. The Roswell disk was one of these. Consequently,
in 1947, the military defined flying disks as an “enemy
weapons system.”
The first deliberate effort to shoot down a UFO, came on
May 15, 1947, when a V-2 rocket was launched. There was a
camera inside the rocket which photographed a flying disk
outside the rocket. The rocket crashed, and subsequently,
attempts by the military were in place to shoot down flying
disks. According to reports, the V-2 was to perform experiments,
so orders were given to shoot down aerial disks over White
Sands, but pilots were lost or killed as a result, and in
the 1950’s the order was rescinded, with no suitable
explanation given for pilot deaths. Linda also showed copies
of reports which stated, “One of several disks shot
down at Roswell,” certainly implying the validity of
the Roswell crash and suggesting more than one. In July,
1952, the Air Force orders jet pilots to shoot down Flying
Saucers if they refuse to land. This information was printed
in the Seattle Post Intelligencer.
Top secret radar bases were established in New Mexico in
1947 to protect the Los Alamos Atomic Lab. These bases formed
a triangular area, and any craft which flew into that restricted
air space would not survive the microwaves that would target
it. Later, 411 radar bases in the U.S., would become known
as NORAD.
In March, 1948, 3 policemen saw a UFO/disk crash at Hart
Canyon, outside Aztec, New Mexico. A young man in the oil
fields reported seeing 2 humanoid beings slumped over inside
the craft. However, the craft, a dull gray disk with no seams
with a bubble in the middle, was perfectly intact. Rocks
in the area were charred, and sheared off. As the author
of this article, and a visitor to the crash site in Aztec
in April, 2005 myself, one thing I noticed quickly was that
many of the rocks on the mesa looked like they had been cut,
or sliced. The slice line was perfectly straight, as if some
kind of powerful knife or blade had cut them. I have never
seen such a phenomenon before.
One of the reports of this crash stated, “We didn’t
shoot this one down,” (so what did cause the crash?)
and “the intent of the beings was not known.”
In a U.S. Presidential briefing showing Aztec as a crash
site, a military officer reports seeing dead, non-human beings
inside the perfectly intact, dome-shaped craft. The bodies
were about 4 ft. high, he said. (For further information
about the Aztec crash, see UFO Crash at Aztec, by Col. Wendelle
Stevens). A New Mexico rancher Ms. Howe interviewed said
he had information about the retrieval at Aztec, and that
he wondered if what he had been told was the terrible secret
that resulted in government and military cover-ups. He reports
that dissected animal and “humanoid” parts were
found there. Is this related to the many mysterious animal
mutilations found since the 1950’s? (For further information
on these issues, see the late Col. Corso’s book, The
Day After Roswell, and Howe’s work). Additionally,
the body fluids from the dead occupants at the Aztec crash
site were said to be deadly. Four medical technicians later
died from contact, even though they wore protective clothing
during retrieval and processing. However, not to worry, we
are no longer shooting them down, because we are no match
for their “retaliation.”

Author’s note: This presentation leaves many unanswered
questions in my mind, such as, what kind of “experiments”
was the V-2 rocket intended to perform, and why were disks
observing it? Did a flying disk cause one to crash, and if
not, did the military misinterpret that V-2 crash as a hostile
action by ET’s, perhaps to justify hostile action of
our own? How much information in official reports is accurate
or even true? This is not a criticism of the presenter, but
it certainly behooves us to realize that so much disinformation
is disseminated around the UFO issue, discernment is always
a priority before accepting what we are told, or what we
read in official reports. An open mind with as few biases
as possible are UFOlogy assets.
