I
am calling the lights in these images UFO's because they are
lights in the sky I cannot identify as known lights, such as
planes, satellites, helicopters, birds, or insects highlighted
by the flash. However, they may not be flying at the time of
capturing in the camera, and UFO implies flight. In addition,
UFO's often hover or are stationary, so the term is a bit of
a misnomer.
All photos were taken with two Sony Cybershot cameras, a DSC F707, and DSC F828, unless otherwise noted. Jan. 25, 2005

I
did not see the orb or the "rod" light in the sky, but here is
the camera data on this image:
8.0 second exposure, Fstop, 2.8, ISO 400, 9.7mm focal length, flash on.
People are getting these rod-shaped images in their photos, some here in
Sedona and many in New Mexico, and they are called simply, "rods".
Many are caught on video cameras.

A bird? Not quite. A plane? Not quite, but it does appear to be a craft,
but which end is the front? Sometimes I do see lights that just pop into
the sky and then pop! they are gone again. This may happen if there is a
dimensional hop.

The light is blurry, because it was a very tiny light, but very brilliant,
in the sky of a landscape image, and I have enlarged it and cropped it.
I did not add any color to what is already there.

This is a UFO I did see with my eyes, upon being notified by two friends
across town that they were observing a brilliant, huge light in the late
afternoon/early evening sky, which was barely moving. I immediately hung
up the phone and went outside to witness it, moving so slowly it was practically
stationary. I took several shots of it before it went too close to the horizon.
The light alternately brightened and dimmed, but in this photo, the light
is brightest.

An odd configuration of inconsistent lights, again with brilliant spheres
nearby, larger than stars. I think this is a moving object, since there
is a noticeable white sphere in the foreground. Sony digital camera, slow
shutter speed.

Absolutely mystifying to me.

Connect the dots, see what you get.

I at first thought this was a light in movement, but then I do not understand
such an erratic pattern, if it is a craft of some kind, so I also wonder
if it is some kind of life form, perhaps an energy?
Note the three lights below it.
